The first step is a close examination of the company’s culture.  Employees will have psychological biases that will help to identify organizational biases.  We will then compare what we hear about the company’s strategy to where the company’s resources are going. By using a Transformational Advisor you will have an expert partner who can hit the ground running and will not be subject to the internal dynamics that are subsequently being evaluated.


The second step will involve the formation of Value Creation Teams.  These groups of individuals will be selected from the company for their varied perspectives.  The teams will be guided through the process of defining how a new strategy would relate to each job position and what proper alignment would look like.


The third step is to turn that new strategic direction into something actionable for your employees.  The strategy will be communicated to employees using relevant context and language in a prepared Policy and Procedure Manual.  Everyone will have access to suggested daily, weekly, monthly and annual priorities with procedures that will help each employee maintain alignment with the strategy.


The fourth step is to ensure that the strategy is supported with a system that is built to evolve with changing tastes.  This will be accomplished by measurement of relevant analytical data.  There is a right way and a wrong way to fail. In order to support your empowered employees in the new goal of creating value, the system must allow for adjustments based on negative feedback.  A reward system also will be designed to maintain alignment, short term objections support long term goals.
